10 bit x 3 bit multiply

Here's the 10 bit x 3 bit multiply circuit - it's just a cut down version of the previously-posted 10 bit x 6 bit multiplier:

Chip count:

6 × 74283 (4-bit full adder)

8 × 7408 (quad AND gate)

plus LEDs for diagnostics.
